To me, Sisterhood means finding a home with a group of girls who share your values and help you become a better person. Being a sister means supporting each other, whether it's donating to someone's cause or buying a sleepy sista some coffee. When I need comforting, I know that any Sigma will be there with a warm hug. But when I need someone to push and challenge me, I can also count on Sigmas to cheer me on as I strive to overcome whatever obstacle is in my way. I'm a pretty independent person, but being a Sigma helped me learn to lean on other people when I need to. No matter how strong I think I am, I know that I can't get through life on my own, and I wouldn't have anyone else by my side other than my sisters.
